📋 Description
• Provide excellent customer service to clients planning vacations • Research and coordinate travel options, including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations • Respond to client questions and provide travel-related information • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and travel details • Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings • Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information • Provide support to clients before and after travel when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools • Organized with strong attention to detail • Positive attitude and professional communication style • Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required
