📋 Description

• Partner with Demand Generation and Recruiting leadership to shape marketing strategies attracting prospective sellers, business owners, and M&A opportunities • Translate growth priorities into integrated campaign strategies and briefs, defining audiences, messaging, content, and measurement • Drive marketing programs from idea through execution • Develop and execute campaigns across email, direct mail, paid media, digital, social, industry advertising, and events • Develop nurture and targeted prospecting programs • Create content and storytelling across emails, landing pages, articles, thought leadership, ads, direct mail, presentations, seller stories, and other communications • Build HALO’s visibility within the promotional products industry through publications, associations, events, sponsorships, advertising, content, and new opportunities • Measure performance, optimize campaigns, and develop new approaches for seller recruiting and M&A marketing • Support integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, content and digital channels • Write email marketing content for HALO sellers to share with clients • Develop blogs, articles, thought leadership and other content supporting brand and demand generation priorities • Support HALO’s seller social strategy by developing content, campaigns and ready-to-use social assets • Support business development and targeted prospecting campaigns • Partner across Marketing, Merchandising, Supplier Relations, Sales and other teams to develop compelling marketing content

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing or a related field • Strong generalist marketing foundation with the ability to move fluidly between strategy, creative thinking, content development and hands-on execution • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Ability to create compelling content for different audiences, formats and channels • Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, content, paid media and other channels • Ability to independently drive work forward, manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams and stakeholders • Creative, curious and growth-oriented • Confidence to think big, bring forward new ideas, experiment and continually look for better ways to reach an audience
