📋 Description

• Lead development, design, and maintenance of proprietary Management Liability coverage forms and associated rules for admitted and non-admitted use • Draft new forms and revise existing forms to meet underwriting needs and evolving legal requirements • Monitor and analyze regulatory and judicial environments to maintain compliance in writing states • Conduct, monitor, and interpret market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product line • Collaborate with Specialty Underwriting to establish and support professional and executive lines strategies and goals • Develop filing strategies and manage responses to State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries • Mentor and collaborate closely with Product Analysts • Partner with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, and Technology teams to drive profitable growth and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with working knowledge and experience in product, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background • Thorough understanding of specialty insurance products, policy wording, forms drafting, coverages, and regulatory environment • Advanced leadership, innovation, initiating, organization, and time management skills • Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills and attention to detail • Advanced ability to comprehend and communicate product strategies, underwriting strategies, and coverage inter-relationships • Strong ability to influence strategic decisions supporting corporate goals • Superior interpersonal skills aligned with Hanover's CARE values
