📋 Description

• Work closely with a Research Director and other analysts on survey research projects • Deliver actionable insights addressing clients’ market research questions • Create high-quality, custom survey instruments • Program survey instruments accurately using survey tools • Adapt templates and customize survey designs • Identify and correct downstream impacts of survey changes • Integrate secondary research to support survey design • Organize surveys and questions to support client research objectives • Program surveys of increasing complexity • Test surveys and identify and correct programming flaws • Clean and set up increasingly complex datasets • Perform complex data quality checks • Use visualizations to communicate data clearly and effectively • Analyze survey results and craft compelling narratives • Synthesize findings and produce actionable recommendations • Balance multiple tasks and flex work plans as needed • Complete assignments independently and provide guidance on less complex assignments • Establish project check-ins and touchpoints when project leading • Communicate edits as a project leader or closer to the project manager • Participate in team meetings and discussions around peers’ projects • Adopt updated processes and suggest impactful process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline from an accredited 4-year institution is required • High comfort level with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint • Experience with survey software platforms, such as Qualtrics • Experience with survey research methodologies and procedures, including survey design best practices, developing sampling plans, and quantitative analysis • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including word meanings and spelling, composition rules, and grammar • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal guidance or oversight • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively • Ability to learn new quantitative skills and market research methodologies as necessary • Must be able to remain in a stationary position • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and exchange accurate information • Professional or academic experience conducting research or survey design and analysis strongly preferred • Applied market research experience preferred
