📋 Description

• Lead a growing, dynamic, bridge group in the Illinois market by developing staff, delivering structural projects, and assisting in pursuing exciting opportunities • Perform complex engineering calculations, utilize computer software for analysis and design, and work efficiently with other team members for project completion • Manage bridge staff in Illinois and determine staffing needs for projects • Collaborate and establish working relationships with project managers, senior technical staff and other project disciplines on significant projects across the country • Preparation of specifications, details, and construction plans for complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Target 10+ years of experience of highway bridge design, minimum experience of 8 years • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) and Structural Engineer (S.E.) in the state of Illinois • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is desirable • Experience with MicroStation or OpenBridge Modeler is preferred • Experience with MS Office Suite preferred • Experience with structural design software packages such as Bentley OpenBridge Designer is desirable • Experience with Midas Civil or Larsa4D is desirable
