📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across diverse problem spaces • Create process maps and workflows for current and future states • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to uncover needs and pain points • Translate business needs into actionable specifications for technical and non-technical teams • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage competing priorities • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and related delivery artifacts • Perform gap analysis between current capabilities and desired outcomes • Support business case development through research, analysis, and recommendations • Work across Tech, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations • Partner closely with Project Managers and support varied cross-functional initiatives • Deliver work across multiple departments and help shape analysis and requirements practices in the PMO • Mentor others and raise the standard of analysis work

🎯 Requirements

• Requirements elicitation and management • Process mapping and analysis; experience with several tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, and Visio • Data analysis and interpretation • Workshop design and facilitation • Clear, concise, fit-for-purpose documentation skills • Product thinking or UX research exposure • Change management or organizational design exposure • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on varied initiatives across different domains or development teams • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to create clear, visual documentation that makes complexity simple • Experience working in cross-functional teams with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity and confidence asking hard questions • Track record of being deployed onto different projects and delivering value quickly
