📋 Description

• Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home Monday - Friday • Practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume • Take time needed to truly address the patient’s needs • Work with Assistant to support your appointments in select markets

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located • Federal DEA License/eligibility • Geriatric training/experience preferred • Active CPR/BLS Certification • Board Certification • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
