📋 Description

• Leads creative function for Direct-to-Consumer brands and channels • Manages internal and external resources with a focus on quality and budget • Ensures a high standard and quality of work for brand consistency • Assigns work based on project needs and provides constructive feedback • Creates, executes, and evolves brand guidelines • Identifies improvement opportunities for creative output • Collaborates with Brand and Platform teams on creative vision • Attends meetings and handles cross-team interactions • Stays updated with innovations and industry trends • Trains and supports team members in technical skills development • Contributes to organizational learnings and process improvement • Guides and coaches team on career development and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven digital and e-commerce creative required • 8+ years experience in graphic design and/or interactive design with at least 3 years in e-commerce and/or performance marketing design • 3+ years experience managing both internal and external resources • Expertise with Adobe and Canva's full suite of creative tools (or similar) • Expertise with leveraging AI creative tools (e.g. Sora, Nano Banana) • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align creative strategy with business goals • Understanding best practices for performance-focused digital marketing creative • Staying up on industry trends around UI and UX practices that drive design performance • Empathy for end consumers, thinking of design as visual communication • Ability to create and evaluate design and copy • Solutions-oriented and collaborative approach
