Identify exceptions and escalate when needed. • Feed the system. Clean, accurate notes are the raw material for everything built on top of intake; the patterns you flag improve the product.

🎯 Requirements

• prior experience in high-volume phone or customer-facing roles • strong typing speed and multitasking • professional communication • reliable internet and a quiet work environment • availability Monday–Friday with coverage across ET and PT • Nice to have: insurance, financial services, or regulated-industry experience; bilingual (Spanish); CRM or call-center software experience.
