📋 Description
• Perform invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance • Proactively communicate with various departments regarding problem accounts • Work with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues • Provide timely responses to customer and employee requests for information • Prepare information required for month-end and quarter-end • Perform account reconciliation
🎯 Requirements
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience • Proven attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to process large volumes of transactions efficiently while maintaining data integrity • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
