📋 Description

• Provide clients with mass appraisal services and defensible values and appraisals • Maintain relationships with appraisal district staff • Establish appraisal roll records for industrial and other assigned properties • Represent the company at appropriate business and legal functions • Assist in creating mass appraisal tables, schedules, complex valuation models • Attend on-site inspections of complex properties and take field notes and photographs • Appraise assigned complex properties using available information • Meet and interact with owners, agents, attorneys, appraisal district staff, and other professionals • Make informed value recommendations to clients • Assist appraisal staff as necessary • Consult with appraisers and staff on complex property issues and valuations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive travel required; seventy to eighty percent during January through September • Self-starter able to manage time on task • Able to meet deadlines during increased workloads from February through September • Able to problem solve and coordinate work effort with affiliated staff • May be required to oversee additional staff during increased work periods • Understanding of complex properties and valuation techniques • Experience dealing with clients and other professional personnel • Knowledge of appraisal techniques and ability to learn proprietary software • Proficient in math, English, Excel, and Word • Ability to present complex issues to a group
