📋 Description

• Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution, including cloud migration and infrastructure projects • Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering • Serve as Scrum manager for development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement • Coordinate production release cycles, including production ticket identification, tracking, prioritization, and deployment coordination • Develop and execute communication plans, including customer communication strategies and stakeholder updates • Maintain project documentation, timelines, roadmaps, and status reports for executive leadership and stakeholders • Track project metrics, manage budgets and resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Collaborate with team leads and technical stakeholders to resolve blockers • Report to the VP of Research and Development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a software development or technology environment • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in complex project environments • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience facilitating sprint ceremonies • Familiarity with project management tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs • Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience preferred • Experience with Jira preferred but not required • Experience with Agile ceremonies facilitation and coaching • Backlog management and sprint planning • Project tracking and reporting tools • Confluence or documentation platforms • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts • Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work longer hours as needed • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings and events
