📋 Description

• Coordinate components of utility CIS software implementation projects • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and budgets • Identify and report issues, risks, and delays to the PMO Manager and stakeholders • Provide project progress updates to the PMO Manager and project teams • Assist with project management documentation, processes, and standardization • Follow Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies • Communicate with R&D, Sales, and Delivery teams • Monitor project budgets and track expenses against financial goals • Track and report project status, timelines, and financials • Collaborate with finance teams to verify financial data against forecasts • Track KPIs such as delivery timelines and budget variance • Analyze project execution data and contribute efficiency improvements • Prepare project status updates and data for issue escalation • Participate in client-facing discussions and document meeting minutes and action items

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably within software implementations or technical environments • Experience managing project budgets ranging from $10k to over $2.5M • Familiarity with Jira, Spira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Clarizen • Basic understanding of Waterfall project management • Experience tracking project financials or budgets is preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks with guidance • Strong problem-solving abilities • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional groups such as Sales, R&D, and Delivery • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization and process • Position may require travel as high as 75% in North America without restriction • Frequent communication through Teams, phone calls, and email • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including required visa exemption or travel visas for Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean
