📋 Description

• Manage assigned projects, including new orders and MACDs, with supervision • Assess and address risk, manage schedules, run change control and monitor cost • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, Technical Project Coordinators and other staff • Communicate proactively and professionally and report on projects • Implement VoIP, co-location and circuit projects • Manage order schedules, scope and budgets • Request, order, configure, provision, modify, set up, cancel or disconnect circuits, fax accounts, phones, phone numbers, voice service and network equipment • Track project status in team spreadsheets, HOMIR and/or project portfolio management software • Provide consultative guidance on clients' voice and internet needs, including requirements analysis for Sales • Work with Service Delivery teammates to configure and prepare network hardware for installation • Build expertise through internal training and documentation • Improve customer-expectation management and deliverable verification • Maintain internal technical and process documentation • Take on special assignments under general supervision

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred • At least one year of related experience • Background in project coordination preferred; a year managing small to medium projects is a plus • Background in tech, networking, IT or VoIP is a plus, along with a desire to learn VoIP • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ICND1, ICND2 or CCNA • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects and use critical thinking to make good decisions • Ability to resolve technical issues using experience and specialized knowledge • Clear written and spoken communication • System for staying organized and keeping projects on track • Comfort with basic math behind billing, projects and time management • Integrity and respectful treatment of others • Valid state driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance • Personal vehicle availability for client locations when needed
