📋 Description

• Talk to a wide variety of new business contacts - including Owners, Property Managers, and Managers • Cold call and prospect for leads to companies that could benefit from the new offer • Maintain email and phone conversations with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the purchase or sign-up decision • Become a product/offer expert and learn strategies to communicate product/offer value • Continually increase product knowledge by working closely with the Operations Supervisor • Clearly communicate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits to showcase the product/offer as a strategic advantage

🎯 Requirements

• One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric role • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred • Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM and SalesLoft is preferable • Tech Sales, Saas, and Cloud experience required • Superior customer service, cold calling, and data entry skills • Strong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skills • Advocate for customers and prospects by building rapport to identify their key needs and determine possible solution-sets • Desire to think creatively and use problem-solving skills to assure customer satisfaction • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Intermediate to advanced experience navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end users (multiple screens recommended but not required) • Flexible attitude and demonstrated ability to hit targets and exceed expectations • Must reside in one of the following states: AR, FL, GA, IL, KS, NH, NJ, OH, TN, TX, PA, VA • High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
