📋 Description

• Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements • Gather requirements and help design advanced automations that drive speed and efficiency • Leverage applications and AI agents to automate customer lifecycle best practices • Act as a liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems • Manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst • Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company • Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles • Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools • Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
