• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, email campaigns, and other outreach methods • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, strategic proposal development, negotiation, execution, and renewal • Drive revenue growth by nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, expanding existing accounts, and securing new business within identified vertical(s) • Craft tailored creator marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams • Advocate for client needs internally while navigating a fast-changing environment • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends • Operate with strong process orientation • Thrive in a remote-first environment while managing required travel (approx. 30%)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital, social, or creator marketing • Experience managing the full sales cycle, with demonstrated success in revenue growth • Personal network of influencer/social platform buyers is a plus • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Understanding of measurement across organic and paid media • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Google Suite is a plus
