📋 Description

• Meet virtually 1–2 times per week for 2 hours total each week • Participate in group interactions, role plays, and continued learning • Complete assigned tasks or video trainings before the next meeting • Develop relationships with full-time Hawks employees through scheduled and additional meetings • Build business acumen and grow as a business professional • Learn ticket sales and other aspects of the sports business • Make sales cold calls and conduct virtual sales appointments

🎯 Requirements

• Current college student • Interest in learning about a career in sports • Enthusiasm for sports, live entertainment, and people • Passion for meaningful interactions and memorable guest experiences • Commitment to participating in virtual meetings, group interactions, and role plays • Ability to complete assigned tasks and video trainings independently • Willingness to develop business acumen as a professional • Availability for the program running October through December • Ability to participate in an unpaid program
