📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students • Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans • Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success • Maintain timely clinical documentation aligned with evidence-based best practices • Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols • Maintain availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours, including school hours, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nevada license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) • Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents • Comfortable delivering care via telehealth • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills • Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care • Availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours • Successful background check following a contingent offer of employment
