📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children ages 6–17 and their families • Deliver CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based interventions • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes, using the platform • Conduct comprehensive intake and diagnostic assessments for child and family clients • Perform multidimensional evaluations of family dynamics, school environment, medical history, and cultural factors • Assess risk and safety, including SI/HI/NSSI, and complete safety plans when indicated • Use standardized clinical measures to support diagnosis and ongoing care • Track client progress with session-level measures incorporating client-reported and clinician-assessed perspectives • Maintain a minimum seven-client caseload, ideally during California peak hours

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families • Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills • Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice • Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking • Ability to maintain a minimum seven-client caseload • Availability ideally during California peak hours: Monday–Friday, 3pm–7pm, and weekends • Background check required following a contingent offer of employment
