📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care • Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress • Partner with caregivers to build skills, support treatment goals, and improve outcomes • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care • Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable licensing, ethical, and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for practicing within a structured, outcomes-focused, measurement-based care model centered on children and families • Master’s-level therapist independently licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families • Demonstrated experience treating common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills • Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice • Interest in or experience with measurement-informed care and outcomes tracking • Availability for 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours, including school hours, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends • Background check required following a contingent offer of employment
