📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support systems-related services and solutions for consulting clients • Build customer-focused relationships to identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements for optimal solutions • Provide consultative and proactive project support to HBS’s account base • Lead and contribute across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and timely execution of project scope • Research new products for selection and enhance configuration standards and best practices • Educate team members on products and services to enhance the sales process • Provide senior-level support, maintenance, and administration for customer networks • Review customer networks for potential concerns and enhancement opportunities • Model a positive team atmosphere across regional and virtual practices • Create and maintain detailed project documentation for estimating and scoping related projects • Stay current on new products and solutions using professional resource networks • Meet the annual billable hour goal defined by HBS

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical related field • Experience designing and architecting Microsoft Azure solutions, including Azure AD, Intune, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery • Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent certifications, or equivalent work experience • At least one or more of CCNP, MCA, CCA-V, or VCP certifications • Experience designing and architecting systems-based solutions • Experience installing and supporting Microsoft enterprise products • Outcome-focused mindset • Strong prioritization skills • Team-player approach • Professional attitude and respectful demeanor • Ability to obtain and maintain current vendor/industry-specific certifications • Ability to meet annual billable hour goals
