📋 Description

• Serve on implementation projects as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks • Manage day-to-day project tasks for successful payroll transitions • Configure workflows to optimize system buildout • Create custom reports and showcase templated reports during implementation or optimization projects • Deliver custom system training to drive technology adoption • Analyze current client processes and identify software opportunities that deliver value and functionality • Partner with clients to identify and prioritize needs • Coordinate with the platform vendor to obtain answers and design optimization solutions • Collaborate with leaders, project managers, and consultants to support successful client partnerships • Participate in pre-sales scoping analysis to determine project needs and projected hours • Assist with project plan sections related to technical configurations and integrations • Create and execute test scripts and audits during SIT, UAT, Parallel, and Go-live phases • Liaise between clients, platform vendors, HCM Unlocked data resources, and technical resources during design, testing, and validation • Review technical architecture and recommend optimizations to reduce end-to-end data-flow errors • Provide formal signoff, testing proof, and validation evidence for technical configuration and integration work • Maintain the Open Issues log and resolve technical configuration and integration issues • Use Microsoft Excel and data validation tools to research issues and confirm customer database accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing implementation role with a vendor or consulting organization • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role • Expert knowledge of multiple UKG Ready modules, including system implementation, custom reporting, and payroll processing • Prior experience owning and leading a project • Experience configuring Time & Attendance systems and understanding labor allocation requirements • Experience integrating time capture systems with payroll • High School Diploma required • Experience with third-party integrations using API, EDI, or batch processing of flat files • Ability to use QA processes that capture before-and-after outcomes and satisfy governance and audit requirements • Ability to create client-specific test scripts validating client data and technical configurations • Understanding of PII data and governance requirements, with ability to maintain confidentiality • Understanding of HR-related situations including new hires, life events, terminations, and open enrollments • Ability to partner with Benefits teams on plan builds, testing, open enrollment launches, and eligibility maintenance • Ability to build, test, and deploy EDI feeds between insurance carriers and HRIS systems • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills • Familiarity with, or ability to rapidly learn, various HRIS software platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field preferred
