📋 Description

• Analyze, define, and document complex business requirements and processes for the relevant Workday functional area • Lead design and reviews of existing or new functionality/configuration with technical and functional resources, including management • Manage multiple parallel projects and tasks through Workday lifecycle stages from business need through design and delivery • Provide guidance and thought leadership to resolve client needs and participate in all phases of the Workday lifecycle • Monitor task progress against plans and report project issues and status to leadership • Establish and maintain client relationships and communicate client feedback to leadership • Suggest improvements and proactively address issues • Respond to inquiries by established deadlines • Participate in training and development initiatives • Contribute lessons learned, Q&A, deliverables, best practices, and knowledge-sharing information to internal knowledge management • Monitor team members’ work, provide feedback, and offer guidance or leadership as needed • Complete assigned tasks within prescribed timelines and seek support or direction when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study required • 3 to 5 years of experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning, or Talent • Prior experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro, or other SaaS software solutions may apply • Workday deployment and/or post-production experience strongly preferred • Previous consulting experience preferred • Strong facilitation and presentation skills • Experience transforming business requirements into complex system configurations • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple parallel projects • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision • Strong work ethic • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas for data transformation • Ability to travel up to 20% • Current and future work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship by Strada • Workday Benefits certification required • Certification in multiple functional areas is a plus
