📋 Description

• Gather requirements and prepare detailed specifications for solutions. • Design, code, test, debug, and maintain database/SQL solutions. • Formulate system scope, objectives, and development requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on client requirements and business needs. • Deliver data and database solutions across platforms. • Develop front-end and back-end solutions for web, mobile, and Windows desktop applications. • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams. • Communicate interdepartmentally and interact directly with clients. • Conduct testing to ensure application and database performance, security, and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and development issues. • Implement unit tests and participate in code reviews. • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. • Recommend and implement improvements to development processes, architecture, and tools. • Document application and database architecture, code, and lifecycle changes. • Create user manuals and other client and end-user documentation. • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and updates for existing applications and databases. • Ensure compatibility with updated platforms and operating systems. • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and programming languages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of database/SQL development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience developing data-driven solutions utilizing SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, views, and ad-hoc queries. • Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft T-SQL knowledge required. • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. • Familiarity with cloud platform services such as AWS and Azure. • Experience with SAP Crystal Reports, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and Microsoft BI Services preferred. • Experience in Architectural, Engineering and Construction, Finance, or integrated ERP systems preferred. • Proven experience as an Application or Database Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of developed solutions. • Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, C#, Python, Swift, and JavaScript. • Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and version control systems such as Azure DevOps and Git. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and back-end technologies such as Node.js and .NET. • Knowledge of mobile development for iOS/Android is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. • Current state-issued driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of valid auto insurance. • Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer and keyboard for long durations. • Must complete pre-employment background check and drug screen.
