📋 Description

• Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational trends to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement • Support planning, coordination, and execution of agency initiatives and projects • Collaborate with program offices and stakeholders across functional areas • Assist with business process improvements, digital transformation, and modernization efforts • Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis • Ensure compliance with agency standards, federal policies, and regulatory requirements • Monitor program performance and support continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional programs or initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with program performance management and operational processes • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered • Experience in government or public sector environments preferred • Knowledge of federal policies, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks preferred • Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with ability to prioritize, balance, and advance multiple competing priorities • Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with teammates, clients, and business partners • Ability and desire to develop knowledge to support IT services delivery in federal agencies • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to respond to team member and client requests via email, MS Teams, or other communication means during core business hours • Active listening and collaboration skills to understand client needs and work with developers and designers
