📋 Description

• Plan, develop, analyze, and implement procedures and processes to ensure accurate claims and enrollment data are submitted to the government • Create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs • Provide consultation to users • Lead cross-functional teams to address division issues • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools • Lead functional teams, projects, or decisions to support business needs for reporting and insights • Work with internal and external data • Verify report accuracy and provide insights • Support decision-making and analysis around program and project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years’ experience in data analysis and information reporting data OR 6 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data • Experience utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata or other reporting tools / languages • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal form • Ability to lead projects and junior analysts • Initiative to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions • Ability to work with internal and external data • Ability to verify report accuracy and provide insights • Ability to work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations • Knowledge of project portfolio management and related reporting, and IT operational reporting • Exposure to managing teams operating under a reporting as a service model • Accountability around decision support and analysis around program and project delivery • Advanced SQL programming skills • Advanced experience with Teradata or other database systems • Experience in database design/development, database administration, and business intelligence • Experience in data analysis and analytical reporting • Proficiency with advanced Excel features and techniques; VBA skills desired • Familiarity with agile/scrum or other project methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Ability to communicate ideas and results effectively • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently • ACA claims/membership experience • Sponsorship is not available
