📋 Description
• Provides telephonic services to assist Clients’ employees in navigating healthcare and wellness programs • Assists in reducing stress and saving time and cost for clients • Solves complex or difficult benefit and/or claim issues • Escalates issues when necessary to Claims, Eligibility Supervisors, and Client Managers
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum three years of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience • Demonstrated experience with managing client advocacy cases • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands • Possess excellent customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a call center environment
