📋 Description

• Sell healthcare-related products through inbound and outbound calls, chat interactions, and other technology-enabled channels • Receive prospective member inquiries and conduct consultative needs assessments • Position Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental, and Ancillary solutions • Enroll recipients telephonically and complete required documentation • Develop sales opportunities through generated leads, personal referrals, and business partner referrals • Maintain sales programs within an assigned territory • Generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and meet or exceed sales quotas • Conduct selling activities over the phone, internet, and computer using CRM, sales, telephony, and AI-supported tools • Communicate information accurately and timely; track sales activity and results • Adhere to CMS and HCSC compliance standards • Attend sales and department meetings • Provide guidance, insight, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain an active Health, Accident & (Life preferred) resident license, or acquire license within 90 days • Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Cable broadband or Fiber Optic with internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Capability to participate in on-site training and sales conferences, which may necessitate overnight travel • Availability to work during 8am–8pm in the local time zone • Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and rotating shifts • Ability to work overtime as business requires • Licensed in at least one of AL, AZ, TN, TX, NM, or PA • Sponsorship is not available
