📋 Description

• Collaborate with Outside Sales team members to drive site-based customer outreach and key market penetration • Build strong internal and cross-functional partnerships • Secure new and repeat business through customer relationships, virtual appointments, and outbound phone calls • Meet or exceed regular activity requirements • Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess emerging and ongoing needs • Host virtual product presentations covering proprietary services, professional development, and custom solutions • Conduct online research on local, state, and national trends and funding opportunities in early learning and elementary education • Work with department leadership to form and modify sales strategies • Partner with outside sales, retail, and professional services teams to support educators • Identify sales leads and collaborate with the sales force to support the market • Participate in weekly team meetings about department initiatives and strategies • Assist with special projects, including outside-sales partnerships and national or state campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience making high volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role is required • Preferred: strong track record of sales success within the EC and K–5 education sector • Preferred: deep familiarity with the industry's dynamics and decision-making processes • Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and ability to perform outstanding work from home • Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels (teachers, administrators, directors) • Highly coachable with an eagerness to learn and accept feedback • Goal oriented and self-motivated with a personal desire to improve and succeed • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills • Excellent administrative and organizational skills • Great attention to detail
