📋 Description
• Providing support to the provider recruitment and contracting process • Ensuring strategic coverage of providers for Texas Territory • Conducting small to mid-size contract negotiations for small hospitals and physicians • Developing and maintaining relationships with providers • Supporting complex hospital and physician contracting activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor Degree and at least one year experience developing and negotiating provider contracts OR 5 years managed care operations experience • Verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and planning skills • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office • Analytical skills • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned territory, including overnight stays
