📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy network oversight across all Medicare plans • Manage day-to-day operations with external pharmacy benefit managers • Monitor network pharmacies to ensure pricing setup accuracy and operational quality standards • Drive PBM vendor performance and operational integrity • Research claims and test benefit design implementations • Oversee PBM mail order and customer service functions • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and enterprise regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with pharmacy networks and/or health plans • Project management experience • Verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility and ability to perform under pressure • PC proficiency including Word and Excel • Database experience • Ability to work remotely from within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii • Ability to work in the East Coast Time Zone • Successful completion of drug screening may be required
