📋 Description

• Define, design, and deliver end-to-end business and technology solutions • Identify business opportunities and translate them into scalable solution concepts • Develop solution roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and objectives • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings • Build business cases and value propositions • Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define solution scope and success criteria • Create solution frameworks, process flows, and high-level architecture concepts • Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards • Serve as liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and vendor teams • Drive consensus among cross-functional stakeholders • Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership • Partner with Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, and Operations to implement solutions • Establish KPIs and success metrics • Monitor performance and adoption after implementation • Identify optimization and enhancement opportunities • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution management, product management, or related disciplines • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment • Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering capabilities • Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously • Experience within healthcare, technology, financial services, or consulting industries preferred • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies preferred • Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and system integrations preferred • Experience developing business cases and financial models preferred • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CBAP preferred • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
