📋 Description

• Reviewing and managing real-time/intraday workforce management of front or back office functions. • Monitoring daily SLAs, productivity, adherence to schedules, and making adjustments. • Monitoring aging claim and non-claim inquiries and distributing workloads. • Completing analysis of inventory management activities and performing cost-benefit analysis. • Utilizing Workforce Management tools to identify opportunities for better management. • Collaborating with workforce planning team and preparing key reporting materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or 4 years of business experience • 2 years of experience in claims or customer service • Interpersonal and organizational skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
