📋 Description

• Support the strategy, design, growth, and optimization of Commercial Value-based Care programs and alternative payment models across primary care, facility, and specialty programs • Integrate analytical findings, market insights, and business needs to inform Value-based Care program strategy and design • Support strategy development, opportunity identification, program design, contract templates and program documentation, and implementation of high-complexity initiatives • Coordinate work affecting multiple functional areas within the division • Communicate and present recommendations to diverse stakeholders • Manage strategic and analytical activities and drive recommendations forward • Support prioritization of divisional activities • Track progress toward goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations, or relevant health care industry experience • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills • Strong oral, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback • Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various organizational levels • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends • Analytical and information synthesis skills • Experience interpreting business and financial information • Verbal and written communication and organization skills • Experience with changing assignments and priorities • PC proficiency, including MS Office products • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and health insurance or healthcare industry experience • Preferred: Direct experience with VBC, managed care, or alternative payment model design • Preferred: Experience with provider network strategy, provider contracting/value-based contracting, contract development, provider performance, or Medicare Advantage Stars • Preferred: Experience partnering with analytical teams and translating analytical findings into strategic insights, recommendations, and program decisions • Preferred: Proven strategic thinking and execution; ability to drive decisions, create optionality, and determine impacts of options
