📋 Description

• Draft account-specific documents, including contract templates • Review non-standard document language requests • Submit Department of Insurance regulatory filings • Source and review contracts for audit, legal, and compliance requirements • Ensure accuracy and consistency of contract documents • Support day-to-day operations of the team • Elevate concerns to management • Act as a liaison between staff, management, and key stakeholders • Draft and edit desk level procedures and workflow documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or 4 years work experience in a position involving independent judgment and initiative • 1 year experience and skills in drafting standard or customized contracts or booklet documents with no guidance • PC experience including Microsoft Office • Experience in deadline driven environment and completing tasks on time • Judgment and problem resolution skills • Verbal and written communication skills to interface with staff from other departments, draft document language and handle issue resolution • Sponsorship will not be provided for this role • Background in network management and provider contracting - HIGHLY PREFERRED • SalesForce/Conga or other contract lifecycle management experience • Experience developing corporate project plans and/or project management
