📋 Description

• Support the Salesforce Platform Strategic Engagement Team's Enterprise Administration and Governance Group across 10 Salesforce orgs and child environments • Manage Salesforce platform administration applications • Engage with architecture, business, application development, and application support teams • Manage primary and secondary responsibilities for assigned Salesforce orgs and applications • Handle complex orgs and critical platform concerns • Monitor and execute the team's governance and administration plan independently • Support Salesforce security and risk reduction • Enable high-performance production orgs • Support Salesforce deployment across multiple orgs • Create and manage deployment pipelines • Perform code reviews and Sonar scans • Manage DevOps best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Information Technology experience OR technical certification and/or college courses and 6 years of Information Technology experience OR 8 years of Information Technology experience • 4 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps and Administration • Experience in advanced technologies testing • Experience in application configuration • Experience in application development platforms/languages • Experience in ITIL Service Management • Experience in release management planning tools • Experience as a Salesforce deployment consultant/analyst supporting multiple Salesforce orgs • Experience creating and managing pipelines • Experience with code reviews and Sonar scans • Experience managing DevOps best practices • Experience implementing complex multi-org Salesforce DevOps architectures using Copado • Experience with VCS such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket • Experience setting up branching and environment strategies • Excellent knowledge and experience of CI/CD deployment • Decision-making skills • Oral and written communication skills • Release/deployment management • Ability to execute • Adaptability/ability to manage change • Detail-oriented • Interpersonal skills
