📋 Description

• Lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple workstreams • Own end-to-end delivery, including scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations • Ensure alignment with business objectives • Partner with Medicare Stars leadership and cross-functional teams across customer experience, pharmacy, clinical, and provider-facing functions • Drive strategic initiatives that improve Stars performance and business outcomes • Design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives • Develop strong stakeholder relationships • Influence matrixed teams, remove barriers, escalate risks, and drive execution • Track project finances, including budget expenditures • Create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans • Manage multiple parallel efforts and deliver quality deliverables on schedule • Communicate effectively on behalf of leadership • Support the software development lifecycle from inception through production deployment and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with 5 years project management experience OR 7 years project management experience • Familiarity and experience with Project Management Methodologies, including PMI PMBOK • Experience delivering and managing large and/or complex projects • Understanding of project financial tracking, including monitoring and reporting budget expenditures • Experience in negotiations, managing conflict, and organizational/political savvy • Verbal and written communication skills and meeting facilitation skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to create integrated, milestone-driven critical path project plans • Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities while meeting deadlines • Ability to influence stakeholders and leaders and manage in a matrix organization • Structured, organized, methodical execution and accountability for outcomes • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop trusted relationships • Experience with the entire software development lifecycle from inception through maintenance • Deep understanding of HCSC delivery models: OWF, Scrum, XP • Regular in-person attendance at the designated facility of the job posting • PMP certification preferred • Healthcare acumen and HCSC experience preferred • Knowledge of Clarity PPM and Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project preferred • Experience supporting Medicare Advantage Stars programs and performance improvement initiatives preferred • Knowledge of CMS Medicare Stars measures, regulations, and Star Ratings strategies preferred • Experience partnering with clinical, pharmacy, provider, customer experience, and operational stakeholders preferred • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred • Sponsorship is not available
