📋 Description

• Build product and/or service solutions specific to customer needs • Secure new sales and retention of specialized products and solutions • Assist in designing, developing, and testing new products, solutions, and services • Educate and train internal associates on customers, products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends • Identify and cultivate sales to new and existing customers • Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts • Provide technical training to customers and communicate customer feedback for future product developments • Meet regularly with customers to understand evolving needs and position product solutions • Assess applications of company products or services and offer solutions meeting customer requirements • Attend trade shows, customer-related events, national account meetings, and other promotional events • Serve as a subject matter expert on products and the industry • May oversee project and assignment completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing work • Contribute to employees' professional development without hiring or firing authority

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the state(s) specified above • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Technical product and brand knowledge • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems • Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty • Ability to independently perform assignments and develop solution approaches • Ability to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
