📋 Description

• Create eSource for new studies according to protocol specifications • Distribute eSource to applicable sites and collaborate with local staff to implement site-specific eSource requirements • Serve as a subject matter expert for eSource creation and mentor clinical sites • Develop template logs, including AE and deviation logs, within the eSource environment for consistent centralized reporting • Communicate with Finance, QA, Sites, and other teams to ensure eSource fulfills all requirements • Provide extensive organizational training to ensure staff are trained and competent in eSource development • Oversee and manage eSource creation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical research experience (CRC, QA, Source, CRA) required • 2+ years of ICH/GCP guidelines and FDA regulations knowledge from hands-on work experience required • BA/BS degree preferred • Familiar with medical terminology • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and be the leader of change • Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate within the organization • Problem-solving, goal-oriented, and team-player approach • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
