📋 Description

• Own the company's forecasting methodology across revenue, reimbursement, and long-range planning, partnering with Sales & Operations Planning on provider productivity • Build and evolve driver-based financial models for executive decision-making, budgeting, scenario analysis, and growth planning • Identify gaps in data, systems, and billing processes and drive cross-functional solutions • Influence Finance, Operations, Billing, and Clinical stakeholders to improve processes and data quality • Transition financial reporting from manual spreadsheet workflows to scalable processes and modern planning tools • Partner with billing and operations teams to operationalize financial models and build reporting infrastructure • Establish governance, documentation, and feedback loops to measure forecast performance and identify variance root causes • Support investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising with clear financial narratives • Own the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle end-to-end • Report to the CFO as a senior individual contributor without people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, strategic finance, or financial analytics, ideally in healthcare, MSO, or complex multi-site services • Deep expertise building forecasting models for revenue, operating expenses, and long-range planning • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle economics, reimbursement, payer contracts, and AR dynamics • Ability to identify root causes behind forecasting or planning challenges and improve business processes, systems, or data quality • Proven success influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority • Advanced Excel proficiency • SQL experience preferred or strong willingness to learn • Experience with modern planning or BI tools such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, Power BI, or Tableau preferred • Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
