📋 Description

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders • Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances • Meet regularly with patients to provide counseling and treatment and adjust plans as necessary • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress • Involve and advise family members when appropriate • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities • Focus on improving patient outcomes • Collaborate with clinical teams and consult with clinical leads, Executive Therapists, and Psychiatrists

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed • Master’s Level Degree or higher in a related field (required) • Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license based on office location; applicants without a valid, active license will not be considered • Not hiring associate/intern-level therapists • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member • Superb organizational skills • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and families • Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems; familiarity with NextGen highly desirable • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations • Ability to adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues
