📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium • Design frameworks supporting multiple teams, applications, environments, and CI/CD pipelines • Build reusable API and integration testing components using Postman, GraphQL, PactumJS, and REST clients • Support document-heavy and compliance-driven workflows, including disclosure validation, OCR, and document intelligence • Implement automation observability through logging, diagnostics, flaky test detection, and trend reporting • Support AI-assisted automation, including test generation, regression optimization, and failure triage • Provide real-world examples of framework design decisions and tradeoffs • Explain how frameworks were scaled across teams, applications, environments, and CI/CD pipelines • Describe security practices including credential management, role-based access, secure test data handling, pipeline security, and sensitive-data protection • Explain stability strategies including flaky-test reduction, reusable selectors, framework versioning, application-change handling, and separating defects from automation failures

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks • Advanced coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or C# • Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks • Demonstrated CI/CD expertise, preferably with Azure DevOps • Ability to provide real-world examples of framework design decisions and tradeoffs • Experience designing frameworks that scale across teams, applications, and environments • Knowledge of secure credential management, role-based access, secure test data handling, pipeline security, and sensitive-data protection • Experience reducing flaky tests, maintaining reusable selectors, versioning framework components, handling application changes, and distinguishing defects from automation failures
