📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium • Design frameworks supporting multiple teams, applications, environments, and CI/CD pipelines • Build reusable API and integration testing components using Postman, GraphQL, PactumJS, and REST clients • Support document-heavy and compliance-driven workflows, including disclosure validation, OCR, and document intelligence • Implement automation observability, including logging, diagnostics, flaky test detection, and trend reporting • Support AI-assisted automation for test generation, regression optimization, and failure triage

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks • Advanced coding in TypeScript, JavaScript, or C# • Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks • Demonstrated CI/CD expertise, preferably with Azure DevOps • Ability to provide real-world examples of framework design decisions and tradeoffs • Experience designing frameworks that scale across teams, applications, and environments • Knowledge of secure credential management, avoiding hardcoded secrets, role-based access, secure test data handling, pipeline security, and sensitive-data protection • Experience reducing flaky tests, maintaining reusable selectors, versioning framework components, handling application changes, and separating defects from automation failures • Mortgage, lending, banking, or FinTech experience is nice to have • Experience with compliance-heavy or document-heavy workflows is nice to have • Experience with AI-assisted QA, Azure OpenAI, or Claude is nice to have • Experience with Azure Document Intelligence is nice to have • Experience optimizing regression test selection is nice to have
