📋 Description

• Own enterprise-tier products built in direct partnership with named strategic payer accounts • Create capabilities that help payers sign, renew, or expand with Headway • Manage the product-side relationship with Payer BD and translate commercial asks into product requirements • Challenge or reshape commercial requests when a better product path exists • Create a repeatable framework so enterprise payer builds become reusable rather than bespoke • Navigate procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes • Collaborate with Data and Engineering to ship enterprise products

🎯 Requirements

• Staff-level product management experience inside a real enterprise sales motion • Understanding of large institutional buyers, procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder sign-off • Ability to balance enterprise rigor with startup urgency • Ability to generalize account-specific asks into reusable products • Experience building trust and influencing Engineering, Data, and BD partners without direct roadmap authority • Healthcare/payer experience is a plus, not a requirement • Authorization to work in the United States • Ability to work without requiring current or future visa sponsorship
