📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical documentation, including initial assessments (90791) and progress notes, against Headway clinical quality standards • Identify documentation gaps affecting safe, high-quality patient care • Review clinical decision-making and use of evidence-based treatment modalities • Complete quality-assessment work, including calibration exercises and inter-rater reliability rounds • Provide asynchronous and live 1:1 remediation support to providers who fall below standards, where applicable • Deliver supportive, education-forward feedback connecting documentation expectations to patient safety and quality standards • Complete review and documentation work in Headway-designated systems

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensed therapist or professional counselor with an independent, unrestricted license • 3+ years of direct therapy experience • Experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare delivery organizations • Experience coaching or training clinicians on documentation meeting clinical care standards • Comfortable working alongside AI-assisted review tools and critically evaluating model outputs • Expert communication and education skills, including conveying information to large and diverse groups • Comfortable adapting to healthcare technology platforms and evolving workflows • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week • Must set up or have an existing LLC or S-Corp • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Patient information must remain within designated systems; adherence to HIPAA and Headway privacy and confidentiality requirements
