📋 Description

• Evaluate therapists' clinical documentation against Headway's clinical quality standards • Review initial assessments (90791) and progress notes for gaps below industry standards for safe, high-quality patient care • Review clinical decision-making and use of evidence-based treatment modalities • Complete quality-assessment work, including calibration exercises and inter-rater reliability rounds • Provide asynchronous and live 1:1 remediation support to providers when applicable • Coach providers using education-forward communication tied to documentation expectations, patient safety, and quality standards • Critically evaluate AI-assisted review outputs and provide structured feedback to improve the rubric and model • Complete review and documentation work in Headway's designated systems while adhering to HIPAA and privacy and confidentiality requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensed therapist or professional counselor • Independent, unrestricted license • 3+ years of direct therapy experience • Experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare delivery organizations • Experience coaching or training clinicians on documentation meeting clinical care standards • Ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted review tools and provide structured feedback • Expert communication and education skills • Experience conveying information to large and diverse groups • Ability to provide supportive rather than punitive feedback • Comfort adapting to healthcare technology platforms and evolving workflows • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week • Must set up or have an existing LLC or S-Corp • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
