📋 Description

• Own the provider activation funnel and identify activation stages and retention thresholds • Build strategy to increase activated providers and appointments per new provider • Drive growth in provider retention and lifetime value • Partner with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, provider experience, and other teams • Drive porting tools, flows, and incentives to help providers bring existing patients to Headway • Develop a segmented onboarding journey for new providers • Define the team’s strategy, OKRs, and roadmap • Educate new providers on succeeding with Headway • Help providers migrate patients onto the platform • Maximize high-quality appointments during providers’ early tenure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a complex growth or activation motion requiring users to do real work and closely tied to revenue • Ability to build a point of view connecting customer needs, user experience, and business outcomes • Experience influencing sales, CX, finance, and pricing teams without direct management authority • Ability to drive alignment across competing priorities • Curiosity and willingness to build fluency and expertise • Ability to make decisions and drive iterative progress without perfect information
