📋 Description

• Lead Healogics’ strategic initiatives using data analysis, project management, business, technical, and personal leadership skills • Work cross-functionally and with business executives to define processes, execute projects, and contribute to key results • Create process excellence for strategy-team initiatives through project management leadership • Develop organizational reference materials for key processes and activities • Direct project resources in a matrixed organization • Manage vendor and consultant relationships • Lead meetings and facilitate successful outcomes • Manage inter-project dependencies and risks • Manage multiple projects and operational responsibilities while monitoring, summarizing, communicating, and reporting status • Take projects from original concept through final implementation • Develop project plans, schedules, team assignments, and resource requirements • Manage project scope, schedule, costs, and authorized changes • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics for project analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation • Measure project performance, identify variances, perform corrective actions, and communicate with stakeholders • Gather and document customer requirements, constraints, assumptions, and deliverables • Develop and implement work processes and operational best practices across business units • Identify and adopt continuous improvement and project management tools and techniques • Train and mentor team members • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Graduate Degree preferred • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager and/or Business Analyst; healthcare setting preferred • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Proficient in project management software • Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with people in all roles and report status to executive teams • Ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and influence others • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and demands simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to plan and execute tactical, operational, and strategic initiatives • Ability to lead, identify, hire, train, and performance-manage team members • Ability to comply with Healogics, hospital, accrediting organization, federal and state regulations, and CMS guidelines as applicable • Jacksonville, FL applicants are preferred
