📋 Description

• Timely patient-facing content creation across channels (email, SMS, social, web, print) using psychographic models to tailor messaging to motivations across multiple healthcare use cases • Strategic copy for assets that position our products and intellectual property for client and executive audiences (thought leadership, one pagers, white papers) • Product intelligence that improves our self-service platform—translating real-world content challenges into platform enhancements that make client work more effective • AI exploration to responsibly augment psychographic personalization while maintaining health literacy standards and clinical accuracy • Performance and optimization, building a reporting cadence for content metrics (open rate, CTR, downstream outcomes) and partnering with data teams to translate insights into improvements in psychographic messaging and campaign execution • Day-to-day content operations and documentation, maintaining and evolving a library of best practice patient content to ensure it reflects current clinical guidelines, health literacy standards, and channel-specific engagement principles • Content quality assurance, partnering cross-functionally to approve the look and feel of client campaign journeys prior to launch

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years creating patient or consumer content in healthcare, health tech, or related fields • Proven ability to translate research and data into communications that drive behavior change • Portfolio demonstrating multi-channel work with measurable engagement outcomes • Experience collaborating with product teams to shape tools and platforms • Fluency in AI-enabled content workflows, including prompt design, to scale production while maintaining quality • Deep understanding of health literacy and patient-centered communication • Genuine curiosity about human motivation, emerging technology, and the space between art and science
