📋 Description

• Manage delivery planning across HealthCentral, DROPS, and Medfluencers, maintaining a consolidated view of priorities, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status • Manage sprint planning and execution across product and engineering teams • Translate roadmap priorities into realistic development plans with Product and Engineering leadership • Identify cross-product dependencies and potential resource conflicts • Determine sequencing when multiple products compete for shared engineering resources • Maintain visibility into developer capacity, hours, allocation, and utilization • Own capacity planning and identify when demand exceeds available development resources • Track planned versus actual effort and surface material variances • Track engineering resource deployment across new product development, feature enhancements, platform and infrastructure, technical debt, bugs and QA, data and analytics initiatives, client commitments, maintenance, and unplanned work • Maintain portfolio-level delivery dashboards covering progress, capacity, milestones, risks, blockers, and resource allocation • Establish consistent sprint and project-management practices across teams • Maintain Jira or equivalent systems so work is accurately estimated, assigned, prioritized, and tracked • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, milestone reviews, and other delivery ceremonies • Coordinate internal developers, contractors, agencies, and external technology partners • Partner with technical leads to validate engineering estimates and delivery assumptions • Partner with Product Managers to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are defined before development begins • Surface delivery risks, blockers, and resource constraints to the CPO and senior leaders • Support quarterly roadmap and resource-planning exercises across the product portfolio • Build scenarios showing the implications of changing priorities, adding initiatives, or reallocating development resources • Help create a more predictable product-development organization without unnecessary process or bureaucracy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, technical program management, project management, software delivery, or a similar role • Experience managing multiple software products or workstreams simultaneously • Experience working directly with engineers, engineering managers, architects, and technical vendors • Experience developing portfolio-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership • Strong understanding of modern software-development practices, including Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, estimation, QA, technical dependencies, and release management • Strong experience with resource management, capacity planning, effort estimation, and utilization tracking • Ability to understand technical discussions involving APIs, integrations, data platforms, mobile/web applications, infrastructure, and technical debt • Advanced experience with Jira or similar delivery-management platforms • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Ability to identify when timelines or commitments are inconsistent with available resources and clearly explain the tradeoffs • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable operating across several businesses, teams, and priorities simultaneously
