📋 Description

• Serve as the operational point of contact for a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts • Ensure service commitments and response standards are met • Coordinate Claims, Member Services, Eligibility, Care Management, Pharmacy, and Reporting teams to resolve client issues • Monitor account health and service trends, flag risks, and act proactively • Own complex client, member, and provider escalations through closure • Maintain escalation aging and closure tracking and communicate systemic issues to internal leadership • Investigate significant service failures and develop corrective and preventative action plans • Partner with operational leaders to test process improvements • Lead client meetings covering operational and service-level data, reports, and recommendations • Own each client's year-round program plan and delivery • Partner with Implementation on onboarding and with the Strategic Account Executive on account strategy and growth • Mentor junior Account Managers and serve as a knowledge resource • Maintain and train clients on Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a related discipline • 6+ years of experience in TPA, health plan administration, benefits account management, or healthcare service delivery/operations • Working knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and plan funding mechanisms • Experience managing escalations, operational risk, and cross-functional resolution efforts • Experience leading initiatives without direct reporting authority • Experience supporting self-funded clients and managing complex plan designs • Prior leadership or mentoring experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira • Knowledge of root-cause analysis methodologies • Experience with escalation tracking and governance reporting
